I wish to reclaim my health, my body, and my self-esteem. I've been on this weight roller coaster the past few years and I'm so tired of it and want the ride to end. I wish to stop beating myself up about it and love myself regardless of my weight yet make movements towards a healthier weight and lifestyle. Yesterday commenced Body Restoration with the Brave Girls Club and I hope to use this as a tool to love myself a little more while setting healthy goals.

I'm so glad you're here today to help me celebrate! I had been a "lurker" on other blogs for some time before I finally got brave enough to create my own. I wanted a place to express my feelings and explorations without judgement and I ended up finding a home where I felt supported. I want this to be a place where you also feel welcome, supported, comforted, and looked after. Guest posts are always welcome!
