What do you wish for your health?

Oh how I wish to be healthy and make better food choices. To stop grabbing fast food and choose my nourishment wiser. I wish to make exercise a priority and a part of my daily routine. I wish to be a healthier me.

    Wonderful wish. Wouldn't it be great if somehow we could form an online support group. I have a feeling alot of people will have similar wishes.
