 What do you wish to nourish?


~ I wish to nourish my body with healthy foods and much-needed exercise.
~ I wish to nourish my heart and soul with self-love and reflection.
~ I wish to nourish my creativity with lots of time to "play."
~ I wish to nourish my relationships with one-on-one time together.
