Wishcasting Wednesday: What do you wish to reclaim?

Thanks for joining me for this week's Wishcasting Wednesday. If you'd like to join this magical circle of dreamers and doers, please visit Jamie Ridler Studios.

Today's prompt:

What do you wish to reclaim?

I wish to reclaim my health, my body, and my self-esteem. I've been on this weight roller coaster the past few years and I'm so tired of it and want the ride to end. I wish to stop beating myself up about it and love myself regardless of my weight yet make movements towards a healthier weight and lifestyle. Yesterday commenced Body Restoration with the Brave Girls Club and I hope to use this as a tool to love myself a little more while setting healthy goals.

XOXO,
Amanda

P.S.
Today is the last day to enter my 1 yr Blogoversary giveaway

We have very similar wishes - I am also reclaiming my health... and so far, so good...

I use a tool called My Fitness Pal and it REALLY helps. Its free and maybe a good addition to the Brave Girls Club. Maybe others there would like to try it, too?

As you wish, so I wish for you also.... (literally!)

Ah those three things all come in a package!! How wise of you to recognise that. As you wish for yourself, so do I wish for you as well.

A wonderful wish for health & well being, & all that unfolds from that!
I wanted to chip in on the weight roller coaster: yesterday I read an intriguing article about one of the links between gluten & that - that selenium deficiency can be caused by a gluten induced malabsorption, which goes on to depress the thyroid - crucial to maintaining healthy weight!! I have a (massage) client who has had a series of health problems including thyroid malfunction - she went GF last year after realizing the link!
I've been GF 2 1/2 years, & though I never 'struggled' with weight, I had gained some 'post menopausal' pounds I thought I was stuck with!!
Would be marvelous if this is the 'missing link' for you!! http://networkedblogs.com/svwVP (gluten free society)

As Amanda wishes for herself, so I wish for her!!

If I can become a Vegan, you can easily reclaim you. As you wish for youself, I wish for you also.

I am in Body Restoration too! In 2011 I did a lot of work to restore my soul. I decided that 2012 would be the year that I would give the same respect to by body. SO glad to hear that you are in the class with me. AND excellent wish casting!

Camilla & Robyn,
I worked on my body book for Body Restoration this weekend which was soooo fun! I've not been so good with the daily journaling though. I'll see ya in class!
