I went on a meditation hike with the Florida Trail Association last weekend. The hike was led by an amazing Buddhist nun who encourage us to slow down and be mindful with each step. It was a silent hike two miles in, a mindful silent lunch, and two miles out. On our way out we added more space between each of us to really slow down and become one with our surroundings.
