AEDM - Day 5

Welcome to Day 5 of Art Every Day Month!
Day 1, 2, 3, & 4.

In nature, a rose begins as a bud. Tightly wound but with so much potential. Time allows the bud to unfurl and loosen. The beauty of the rose can be seen once the bud has completely unwound and blossomed. The rose was always beautiful, even as a bud, but it’s true beauty is revealed at full bloom. This process can’t be rushed. The rose must unfold organically. If we can wait patiently but with anticipation for the rose to blossom why do we tend to rush our own blooming process? You, just like the bud, need time to form into the beautiful creature you are to become. That beauty is already there inside you, it always has been, and the final product will be magnificent!

Try not to rush the process. Allow your own beauty - your gifts, calling, strengths, life purpose - to come into fruition in it’s due time. You’ll be worth the wait!

Hugs,

So very true - I do want to rush the process and when I find patience I am much happier with the end result. Thanks for the reminder!
